Our Delivery Policy

▪ Although we do full service delivery of our furniture, we are not a moving company.
We offer moving or removal of what we’re replacing - one for one and at our discretion.

▪ Should our delivery team have concerns for their health & safety or potential damage to your home, they may deny this service.

▪ We dispose of all boxes and packaging.

▪ We do not hang pictures or accessories nor do we dispose of unrelated items.

▪ Requests for relocation or removal must be made prior to delivery. This is not part of your free delivery service. Fees will apply. You can see our fee schedule on this page.

▪ In an effort for sustainability and efficiency with your free delivery service, we try to book customers in the same area at the same time. We appreciate your flexibility and patience with your delivery schedule.

EXTRA SERVICE FEES

Some aspects of prepping for delivery can be difficult for some customers so we offer additional services to help the process.

Services Include relocation and/or removal of items being replaced. If you have items that need to be relocated or removed, ask us for a fee schedule and make any requests prior to delivery.
